Everything! Location is fantastic, the staff is nice and accommodating, there is 24 hours security so you can come in and out at any time without problems, the room is spacious and very comfortable, and there are restaurants and cute stores walking distance from the hotel. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Mexico City.

The location is excellent, walking distance to many places around the Polanco area: groceries, pharmacy, shops, restaurants, parks. The property is also very nice and ample. Nice amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. Free parking.

Great location! Near all good stores and restaurants. Walking distance from everything. Big apartments and space. Quiet street, yet important, so getting transportation is easy. The building is old but in very good shape! Clean and comfortable. Kind staff very helpful.

Excellent apartment fully furnished, quite big for a group, the location is excellent in the Polanco district which has a lot of cafés, restaurants, shopping places and is not too far from the Chapultepec castle/museum. The neighborhood is really cool with a lot of walking spaces and is pretty safe. The apartment was nice, cozy and affordable.

The hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance to the Anthropology museum and park. Lots of restaurants in the area and easy to get any thing you need. Also very easy to commute in the city using Uber. The facility itself is very comfortable, modern and clean and staff are attentive, extremely polite and pleasant. The individual suite was just right for our party of four and the bedrooms are very spacious. There really isn’t anything that’s lacking. There is a laundry in the basement as well. We would not hesitate to stay here again!
